My fascination with illusion all started at age 8 when my grandparents gave me a magic set for Christmas. This sparked an interest that lasted all the way through childhood and into college. After graduating, I started performing professionally in 1988.

I began performing and speaking at Upward events in 1999. I developed what I refer to as my "Upward Program" in the summer of 2001, after performing through two seasons of awards night ceremonies.

In 1991, I married my wife Kristie AND received Jesus Christ as personal savior. Wow! What a year! We have two children: a son, Kerwin, born in 1999; and a daughter, Katie Belle, born in 2001. We live in Anderson, SC where we are members of Concord Baptist Church.

I now travel all over the U.S. presenting my own special blend of comedy, illusion and message during Upward events and other church functions.
